Billing plans

What a family can be billed for -- Rock Band, Lil Peeps, Instrument Rental, whatever you need. Retiring one doesn't touch anyone already on it, it just stops showing up when adding a NEW plan to a family.

Pause & cancel requests

Sent by families from my.elevaterockschool.com/cancel. Nothing changes until you approve it here — approving runs the same "End or pause lessons" action as the lesson drawer, with the request's dates.

Charts to make

Every “Next band song” at Fargo and Lake Norman that Learn & Play doesn't have yet, oldest first. It fills itself as teachers set next songs, and a song drops off once its chart is on Learn & Play. Steps: Ultimate Guitar ↗ → paste into Drive › Learn & Play Today › Chord Charts › Format me.

Block a room

Holds the room for something that isn’t a lesson. It shows on the board and on the teacher’s schedule, and is never counted as a student.

Lil Peeps curriculum

What families read in "What we did today" for each lesson, and the link teachers open for that lesson's plan. Edits save when you leave the box.

Invite families to the portal

One text per household, to the main contact (or the first guardian with a mobile). Households already invited or signed up are left alone. The other parent can be added from the portal afterwards.

Email templates

Write it once. When you press Start Intake we fill in the family's real names and this child's own link.

The intake email

Copy it, then paste it into a new message in your own email. The formatting and the button come with it.
